Great experience! The food was fresh and delicious, and the atmosphere was really nice. Chris provided excellent service and made sure everything was perfect. I’ll definitely be coming back! First time here!
I normally don’t leave negative reviews but my experience was bad enough tonight that I have to say something. First of all, both of the waitresses who served us were flat out rude. They didn’t engage in any conversation with us what so over, they had a sour look on their face from the moment we sat down, didn’t ask how our food was and the wait for a drink refill was 30 mins or more. We are regular customers at Earls and usually have very good service, however, tonight was unfortunately an exception. From the moment we were seated, service was sub par. My food order was incorrect with no offer to correct it and refills had to be asked for many times. After awhile, we were approached by a manager telling us that we had been asked to leave several times because of another reservation, they allowed us to stay for an extra half an hour but we would need to leave the table at this point.
