Can’t even begin to explain how much of a beauty Austin is. The guy single handily turned my night around after an Uber Eats catastrophe. He’s a Pro in every way, super understanding and approachable. He’s the guy you want running the show, I’ll be back and I won’t be alone! Thank you Earls South Surrey for hiring that guy.
I took my wife here last week for dinner to celebrate our wedding anniversary. The food was good and the service was great. The problem we encountered was of the rodent variety. Our table was adjacent to the kitchen, we saw a mouse come out of the kitchen and then run underneath the bench seating along the back wall, it then darted across the aisle and beneath our table between my wife's legs. I came in a dew days ago and our server helper was Nevada and she really payed attention and also helped us discover a few new menu items it was top notch service
came into earls for happy hour in the day time and our waitress, cassie, was so lovely. she gave great recommendations on the new menu and offered top notch service! she was delightful to talk to and she made it a wonderful experience for me!
