After all the years I have owned it, I find that its technology is far behind any other hearing aid that I have owned. It is very heavy, cumbersome And extremely hard to connect with Roku. This is the only app that it connects to for TV. It is consistently dropping it. The hearing aids are very large and heavy.
Lost 1000.00 because they couldn’t figure out how why they weren’t working so refunded 11000 of the 12000 I paid. Would have loved to be able to use these but don’t understand why I came out on the losing end.
While I could not correct my near total hearing loss with this product, the assistance I received provided great technical information, was frank and honest. No sales pitch or anything. Loved the professionalism. Would recommend this comapny for anyone that they may be able to help.
