After almost three years my product warrantee will expire. I have a choices buy new ones at $11,000 or pay for the service that I need. These are extremely high maintenance. Either a wire breaks or the mics don not work properly. They set up quarterly visits with the ENT audiologist and they use to also have the ENT doctor look at the lense. After all the years I have owned it, I find that its technology is far behind any other hearing aid that I have owned. It is very heavy, cumbersome And extremely hard to connect with Roku. This is the only app that it connects to for TV. It is consistently dropping it. The hearing aids are very large and heavy.
Lost 1000.00 because they couldn’t figure out how why they weren’t working so refunded 11000 of the 12000 I paid. Would have loved to be able to use these but don’t understand why I came out on the losing end.
