We turned in total three applications for 1B unit and I will be honest, clean background check, no eviction history and three applications have credit score over 750. After waiting for a week, they informed me that owner gave the unit to relatives and want us to rent 2B instead. Very upsetting and very unethical business practice. So watch out when you turn in applications with them, please check with owner first if the unit will be given to other relatives he/ she has in the future.
We have been here for more than a year. We have seen the old management and new and honestly beside the management change, everything about the apartment is such a great deal! Everything is fairly new. The location is amazing, close to many viet and other type of cuisine restaurants. So many boba spots near by including one downstairs! Absolutely the worst apartment I’ve ever lived in. I’ve been here for 1.5 years and the experience has been nothing but frustrating. The property manager, Andrew, never responds to maintenance requests or any issues that come up. There have been multiple car break-ins and random people walking through the hallways. For a long time, we had to deal with constant construction noise with no warning or apology. The apartment service is excellent and the apartment is very new.
Disregard the negative reviews and the haters - this is the best place I've ever lived in with the best management! I've lived here for a year, and it was only rented to one previous tenant before me so the property was almost brand new. Management takes great care of this place & has been super responsive/reasonable. Andrew is the new Property Manager and he works super hard for the community.
