Very smart, committed and caring team of folks working with Dr. Burgess and under his leadership. Having fired oncologists at my local NCI Center, I know the difference between middling and burned out and innovative and on top of their game. Dr. Burgess is at top of his game. Importantly, the whole team is great. The Supportive Oncology Dept- with chaplains, acupuncture, counseling etc-is going to be the model for the entire Advocate system around the country. Go Levine👏
My husband has been a patient of Dr. Burgess since 2014; not only is he an amazing doctor, he is also a wonderful human being. He has taken such good care of my husband Mike, we look forward to our visits because its like visiting family.
