Every time I go to Earl’s for anything from a purchase to something like my mower. I always left there with full knowledge of what was wrong with my mower and how to prevent it again. They take all the time neede with the equipment . best place to come too.
I am a landscaper and I have a lot of machines. At Earl’s they know that landscapers make our living with our equipment I have been to many shops but I have never received the personal attention I got here. I have seen them so busy and store full of customers never once do they get upset or made anyone feel like they were a pain. I know they have a large waitlist but they went out of there way and made sure my equipment was done in a great time. I will never go anywhere else these people know there business.
Best hands down! I purchased my generator elsewhere and it was still new but not running. I took it to Earl’s it was under warranty, No questions asked next time I need something I will go to Earl’s.
Extremely professional and great knowledge of all outdoor power equipment. Their mechanics are definitely certified in what they do.
The staff at Earl's is very good at what they do, knowledgeable, honest and very friendly. Overall, great service.
