What tremendous service. We had been a long time user of a larger company here in town and had been kinda over sold on things we didn’t need. It got exhausting saying ‘no.’ When our A/C went out they weren’t going to get to us for a possible two days!!! I reached out to Earl Russell Heating and Cooling, they were here by 1pm done by 2. We had a livable house by 5. New life long customer, here.
They were able to get me in the same afternoon within a hour after another local company canceled on me last minute. Our house was around 80 degrees right before the holiday weekend. Quick, friendly and knowledgeable service.
Fast friendly quality service
I called at 12:30 in the afternoon to ask about an issue I was having with my furnace. They responded right away and booked a service time for later in the afternoon. Jeff came to my home, diagnosed a problem with the igniter, and replaced the part within 30 minutes. He was courteous, positive, and efficient. He also talked to me about the age of the furnace, my A/C unit, and how I should address any future issues.
