I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was unacceptable on every level. From the moment we approach the registrar, the staff were rude and dismissive. No greeting, no smile—just attitude. It felt like we were an inconvenience rather than customers. Honestly, I’ve had better meals from any hole-in-the wall gas station. Great sanwiches kinda reminds me of Quiznos but better.
I decided to try The Earle of Sandwich, because I wanted something new. I ordered the Cuban sandwich and a chocolate chip cookie and I ordered my husband the same, but with a raisin oatmeal cookie thru the Kiosk, which was user friendly. The staff was very nice and helpful. The food was delicious and the cookies were freshly made today. I have no complaints, just appreciated the fact they make everything fresh and did a great job and laughed at my Key West rooster story.
The lady taking our order yelled at us because she was difficult to understand. I would avoid this location.
