I’m very disappointed with the lack of sanitation and professionalism I witnessed today, October 10, 2025, around 12:15 p.m., at this Earl of Sandwich location on S Rainbow Blvd. While waiting for my order, I saw a female worker biting her fingers, then immediately put on plastic gloves without washing her hands. When I pointed this out, she said she didn’t understand or speak English, which is concerning since food service staff should be able to communicate with customers and follow basic hygiene rules.
