Customer Service is terrible (in the week it took to fix my brakes, for the second time, I never once received a phone call- I had to call every time, and everytime I asked someone to call me), pricing is outrageous (they don't ask before choosing the most expensive part they can find) and the amount of time it takes them to service a vehicle is incredibly too long!
Extremely rude, 2 weeks and $900 later they finally got brakes put on our 2016 Subaru crosstrek. Will never be back 🤬
Beware!! Tried to charge me $313 to change a parking light bulb. It takes less than five minutes to do this job. Told me the entire fender assembly had to be removed to replace bulb. Could it be that a grey haired female looked that stupid?!
I took my car to have oil changed today & ended up being there for three hours & she said the oil plug was stripped .my husband changed oil in it last time & we know it was not stripped. would not recommend this place to anyone. They charged me for oil plug that they are the ones who messed it up.
We were driving from western NY to Nashville, TN with a trailer. A tire went down in Ohio and a garage plugged it. An hour later the tire began to lose pressure. Luckily we made it to their place before the tire went flat. The only problem was that they did not have the appropriate tire and said they could get it for us by the morning. After talking to them, the manager(?) drove to La Grange and picked up the tire for us. We were back on the road within a couple of hours. Can't thank these people enough! I cannot say enough about the kind people at Quick Lane. I had a blow out on the highway with no spare and no jack late on a Friday afternoon. They truly went above and beyond for me KNOWING I was not local and would probably never be back. They truly just wanted to help. Thank you so much to Levi, Lee, and the rest of the staff! Good people.
