Very disappointed with how seniors are taken advantage of when they go to get their oil changed. They will run test that are not needed. And quote a $$$ amount to fix the car thats more than what the car is even worth. Please if youre a senior, take a family member or friend with you, so they can't take advantage of you. Stick with small, family owned local businesses that will fix your car for a reasonable price.
If you buy a vehicle from Marshall Ford, don’t bother paying for the detail and ceramic package, or you’ll be in the same situation as us! When we get oil changes, we get a “free” detail each time as well as a ceramic coating applied, leather repairs if needed, etc. Every time we have an appointment, there’s an issue. Every single time. It never fails! We had a 9am appointment for detail and a 1pm appointment for an oil change. Dropped truck off at 8:45am, oil change was done by 10am.
