I called to make an appointment to have a recall fixed on my Ford explorer. They got me in quick and fixed my car. The only thing I was worried about, was the time estimate, to fix it was 3 to 4 hours. I asked about a rental car, so I did not have to sit for hours at the dealership. They said they didn't have one . I packed a book and a drink and some snacks and took my car. I was pleased when they came to tell me it was finished and it had been a lot less than 4 hours. Way to go Marshall Ford.
