I had a great experience at Walk-In Dental for my wisdom teeth extraction. The entire process was quick, smooth, and way easier than I expected. The team was professional, reassuring, and made me feel completely comfortable from start to finish. The extraction itself was practically painless, and I experienced minimal discomfort afterward. They explained everything clearly and made sure I was taken care of before I left. I highly recommend Walk-In Dental.
Dr Sajjad and his entire staff are wonderful! I had a tooth that the filling apparently broke on. My nerve was exposed and it was extremely painful. Dr. Sajjad was able to see me the same day and numb it. He skipped his lunch hour the next day, along with his assistant, and gave me a root canal fixing the pain problem. Dr. Khalid Sajjad’s office staff is so personable and nice. They treat you like you are a friend or part of their family. Dr. explains your options where you can understand them and will use nitrous oxide if needed to calm your nerves. I am so glad to have this dentist. His friendly staff puts you at ease.
I went into Walk-in Dental in Battle Creek, MI today for a tooth extraction, and I was treated with the utmost respect, patience, and kindness. The Dentist was phenomenal- he talked to me through the whole procedure, kept me calm, and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. The dental assistant was just as wonderful- very nice, thorough, and reassuring. It's rare to find a team this kind and professional. Highly recommend!
I loved my experience with Dr. Sajjad and all of the staff! From the front desk to the hygienist/assistant that did my x-rays I felt so welcomed and appreciated!! And Dr. Sajjad took so many extra pictures and talked me through any work I may need and even took the time to ask what I wanted most out of my visit so he could address that first.
