This office is great in every way. Staff is attentive, professional, and very knowledgeable. There’s never a time that I have had an issue and can’t get in to be seen quickly. The doctor and his staff ensure cleanliness, comfort and excellent follow up care when needed. Keep up the good work!
Only dentist I recommend going to in battle creek. Super nice staff comfortable lobby and an amazing dentist, and he always has the Greatest assistances. This is the only place I’ve never had a bad experience that I’ve been going here for roughly 8 months and I will say that if you need a tooth pulled or anything done along those lines Who have you out of there within 15 to 20 minutes tops as long as they’re not super busy, Just got a truthful yesterday took him 15 minutes And that’s including me getting in there and waiting... read more
Dr Sajjad and his entire staff are wonderful! I had a tooth that the filling apparently broke on. My nerve was exposed and it was extremely painful. Dr. Sajjad was able to see me the same day and numb it. He skipped his lunch hour the next day, along with his assistant, and gave me a root canal fixing the pain problem. During the visit, I realized he was also a humanitarian and great guy. I’ve moved to him as my new dentist after my old one retired. Was very happy with the care I received getting 2 fillings. Was in and out in an hour. Chelsea the dental assistant was very friendly and thorough. The young man at the reception desk was very friendly, polite, and helpful with a billing question I had, sorry I didn’t get his name. Dr. Sajjad was very friendly, caring and thorough filling my teeth. Was a happy to get this work done after dealing with these issues. Dr. Sajjad did a great job! Great team!
I was a walk in patient in severe pain and they fit me in. That was a blessing. The office was clean and quiet and the staff was professional and friendly. They helped me with the forms to be filled out and the assistant was gentle taking X-rays. Dr. Sajjad explained what needed to be done with some alternatives. I was given an itemized list upon leaving with a financial summary and out of pocket costs. Highly recommend this dentist!
