Dr. Khalid Sajjad’s office staff is so personable and nice. They treat you like you are a friend or part of their family. Dr. explains your options where you can understand them and will use nitrous oxide if needed to calm your nerves. I am so glad to have this dentist. His friendly staff puts you at ease.
This office is great in every way. Staff is attentive, professional, and very knowledgeable. There’s never a time that I have had an issue and can’t get in to be seen quickly. The doctor and his staff ensure cleanliness, comfort and excellent follow up care when needed. Keep up the good work!
I went into Walk-in Dental in Battle Creek, MI today for a tooth extraction, and I was treated with the utmost respect, patience, and kindness. The Dentist was phenomenal- he talked to me through the whole procedure, kept me calm, and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. The dental assistant was just as wonderful- very nice, thorough, and reassuring. It's rare to find a team this kind and professional. Highly recommend!
Gabrielle is an awesome dental tech...(sorry, I dont know her exact titile). She was very sensitive to my needs and provided great guidance to me about how to best treat my "senior" dental needs. She's a keeper! And thank you for getting me in on a cancellation.
Dr Sajjad and his entire staff are wonderful! I had a tooth that the filling apparently broke on. My nerve was exposed and it was extremely painful. Dr. Sajjad was able to see me the same day and numb it. He skipped his lunch hour the next day, along with his assistant, and gave me a root canal fixing the pain problem. During the visit, I realized he was also a humanitarian and great guy. I’ve moved to him as my new dentist after my old one retired.
