Don't ask these people to repair ANY THING. Their standard practice is first arrive and spend 30 minutes: fix nothing. Charge $ 185.00 then inform you the part isn't on the truck. and to return it will be with a parts charge 100% above retail with a $309 additional labor. All for a washer that cost $ 800.00 bought from them. These people are thieves.

I have a washer machine that was broken from the start, 11/22/22, whirlpool, Feiden's sent numerous technicians who couldn't repair it. I’ve had a repairman at my house twice to repair a washer I purchased at Earl b feiden now a third time it’s broken for the same issue, a tech told me about there policy and taking out a warranty, she was very rude helping me out also, my washer is only 2 1/2 years old , it’s a Maytag and they were very hard to work with

The installation was difficult (no fault of Feiden's) but my husband and I couldn't have been more impressed with the attitude, skills, and patience of both *************, as well as with the attention and "willingness to please" on the part of Feiden's "in-house" support staff.**************
When you buy a premium product you expect superior service, or at least service on par with other vendors. **************** is awful, makes many mistakes, and did not deliver on the scheduled day. Twice! Was told $30,000 Kitchen Appliances were on track for delivery a few days beforehand. I would never buy anything from Earl Feiden again. I was in need of a new refrigerator and chose to shop locally despite a higher price than was available with an online store. The sales part went smoothly with the size being a major issue as the delivery space would be tight. When they showed up to deliver the unit the two people they sent had difficulty removing the old model. In the process they bent the iron pipe railing along the stairwell. We built a new house and the builders use Earl B. Feiden for appliances for the new home. Everything was great in the beginning, but soon took a turn. I knew Covid had an impact on manufacturing everywhere so I kept on top of Earl B. to make sure they order the appliances and they come in time for closing. Hello *****, I am very sorry for the inconvenience you have experienced with regards to a nonfunctional new dishwasher in your new home. In reviewing all information and photos along with the report from our installation crew on 08/19/20 it seems that the power under the sink was not complete so we had been unable to test this unit at that time.
