After having had a previous bad experience I was very impressed with Mark and his team!
The staff was great. He explained everything he was doing before doing it. The only negative was that they charged me14 for reliever tips that have always been free before..
I went in for a follow up and to supplies. They were super helpful & very kind.
I had a sudden loss of hearing in one of my ears about 6 years ago. I was originally put in a pair of crossover hearing aids. They were great, for awhile. When they quit working I scheduled an appointment with Dr Shaver. I like how thorough he has been testing my hearing. We are trying a different type of hearing aid that I'm pretty excited about.
