I just don’t think I would pick any other office for my hearing aids. The audiologist spends plenty of time with you and Is so gentle and kind and explains everything. He helps you problem solve everything And will adjust as much as you need. They all make you feel very welcome. The staff is nice and super helpful. They helped me figure Out my paperwork and I always feel like they know exactly who I am when I go. I don’t feel like just a number.
A very pleasant experience with Doctor and front desk check in.
After having had a previous bad experience I was very impressed with Mark and his team! Mark is very knowledgeable and very down to earth and honest with his patients which impressed me very much.
The people are what makes this the best place to get hearing tests, aids and any kind of related services. They know my mom by name, and are so pleasant and kind to her. They help her with changing the wax blockers in her aids and any other assistance she needs. They have helped her in urgent situations and seem happy to see her every time she comes in.
