I highly recommend Ear Works Audiology, more specifically, Dr. Alyssa Dossopoulos. She explained everything about the hearing test, step-by-step. She was knowledgeable, kind, professional, and answered all my questions and I never felt rushed. When I picked up my hearing aids, she explained every aspect of them and told me what I could expect. Buyer beware! We went to Ear Works Audiology in Bethpage, Long Island, New York and were charged $3,000 for hearing aids, which included a sly and underhanded "non-refundable" deposit of $300. Ear Works Audiology also wouldn't release hearing test results to the patient (claiming the results are in their computer and can only be sent to other doctors via fax), most likely another lie.
