I set up an appointment with Eartronics even though I didn’t purchase my Phonak hearing aids from them. I wanted to find a local hearing aid specialist to discuss phonak accessories that might help with my hearing issues. Kyle not only took his time in explaining different devices that might help, he also checked out my ears for wax, plus showed me my hearing aid profile on his computer. I was impressed with his interest in helping me, plus his technical Expertise. Thanks, Kyle
Went to see Dr. Robert Hooper February 19 for my annual hearing test. They also repaired my two Starkey hearing aids in the last 6 months that I bought 3 years ago. Was having trouble pairing the left one that just came back from Starkey with a new battery and Dr. Hooper contacted Starkey and got it paired and in sync with my Thrive app on my phone. Recommend Kyle and Robert Hooper.
It’s been a week since I received my hearing aids from Ear-Tronics Port Charlotte and my experience with them has been incredible. Dr. Hooper gave me back my hearing. I had lost faith that I would ever find hearing aids that worked well for me. After 6 years of wasting my money on expensive products with cheap technology, I found Dr. Hooper. I was so impressed with his knowledge of hearing loss and he spent a lot of time with me helping me to understand. He presented me with perfect hearing aids for me.
