They are wonderful...it took me 4 mos to figure out I probably wasn't ready yet. Kyle tried and I tried to make it work. So now I am on a 2 week total absence of wearing them to see how much I need and or miss them. They did not pressure me to not give up and in time I'd get used to them at a big expense! If I didn't miss them or make my experience like I thought it should be....I just was not ready and we could revisit in the future! Dr. Hooper really took his time to determine the best plan of action to take in assisting my father with severe hearing loss. With the new hearing aids the Dr. recommend his quality of life improved significantly. Thank you Dr. Hooper!
