We have recently become Florida full time residents and until now, have been handling all of our medical, eyeglass prescriptions, dentists and as of five years ago, audiology appointments in our primary residence state of Texas. We purchased hearing aids from Ear-Resistible Hearing Center in March 2019 and they hooked us up with a credit plan through HealthiPlan. We paid Ear-Resistable $2,000 after the plan was started to get ahead of payments. They were supposed to forward the money to HealthiPlan and have not done so. I have brought it to their attention in early May and was told that it would be taken care of. IT WAS NOT! Not only do they have excellent hearing aids but also the great service to go with them. This is my third set of hearing aids from other companies and are by far the best I have had. Chad and Kathleen at the Sarasota office made every effort to insure that I was completely comfortable wearing my units. I would highly recommend this company.
This is a FIRST -- My mother has been to many hearing doctors and has had a few hearing aids - none of which were helpful. she was fitted for 2 hearing aids today by Casey at the Venice office. As I was adjusting my electric car seat to leave she said to me "WHATS that sound? your phone?" .... she HEARD the humming of the seat! --- a few minutes later she asked what that ticking was (my turn signal) ! its only day one but I'm not having to speak loudly and she can HEAR me the first time !!! a true blessing. we'll go back nex... read more
