We took our daughter there and were very happy with how it went. Leah definitely had experience with babies and explained the steps thoroughly. The whole process was sterile and our daughter barely cried. The earrings look great !
After the nurse put the wrong back on my 4 month old daughter's ear studs at the Bloomfield Twp location, I requested for an appointment at this Livonia location because it was the only one open on a Sunday. Despite Rowan mysteriously canceling my appointment, Amanda, the nurse at the Livonia location graciously swapped the backs for flat backs.I am so grateful for her doing this, else, my baby would've had to wait until after Thanksgiving for the flatbacks.
