I have not had a positive experience with this office. I was referred to them by a doctor I am seeing, and when I arrived for a follow-up appointment, I was told that I could not be seen because I needed a referral. This was my SECOND appointment. I have already been REFERRED to them by another PRIMARY care doctor. I was ablet to see them to establish care, so they have made a mistake. Receptionists are both rude and unprofessional. Dr Kronenberger doesn’t give a crap about his patients all he cares about is making money. I recommend finding a different ENT.

I feel so bad for this place because definitely the administration sucks as well the front desk and scheduling staff because nobody cares about patients and isn’t that cheap to have the cheap service you get at the front desk they’re rude and unprofessional because they hide the phone call records that proofs their bad behavior, please be aware that they don’t have any good customer service manners until now , all this are women and seems to me that they have so many internal issues that is reflecting on the company, in the ... read more

New The first words that come to mind when I think of ENT speciality Care and Dr. Dylan Lippert is the word BLESSED. I have been blessed to have been referred to this practice.
