Professional doctor and professional staff. The 5 stars is well earned . My appointment went very well, Dr didn't rush me or anything, he explained to me everything. Also FYI there is a parking on this plaza with easy access, pay 2$/1h
Dr. Ricky Fox is an outstanding ENT doctor. He performed my sinus surgery expertly, explained everything clearly, and truly cared about my recovery. Thanks to him, my sinus issues have improved greatly. I highly recommend him!
Honestly I am surprised there are any positive reviews about this practice. Dr Fox was dismissive and abrupt. Basically “suck it up” is what he told me. Completely unhelpful and he offered no further assistance. What really triggered me though was the woman conducting the hearing test (Jackie I believe). After we were completed the test she says to me and I quote “ you had a hearing test 2 years ago and we recommended hearing aids. What was the problem? That just didn’t fly with you?” Um excuse me? After begging for 2.5 years my GP to help me with nasal breathing issues, facial pain, and constant daily sneezing, I was referred to Dr. Fox. Dr. Fox was the first doctor I’ve ever had in Toronto that listened, completed fast tests, and actually helped me. After a septoplasty last week, I can finally breathe properly, and my daily pain of sneezing of 5-10 times is now gone.
