Dr Barnes is very thorough and knowledgeable. He fixed my broken nose and is treating my hearing loss. Office staff is professional and courteous. Easy to schedule with 3 locations.
I experienced sudden, unexplained (and complete) hearing loss in one ear with debilitating vertigo while I was visiting family in the area. I was able to schedule an appointment within a couple of days and after months of trying to find answers for the issues I have been having, was helped right away! The staff is friendly, the providers are knowledgeable and they truly care about what’s going on.
Had a consultation with Dr. Barnes thinking I had polyps. Wrong. I had a deviated septum and enlarged turbinates. He asked if I would like to proceed with scheduling surgery. I said HELL YES! (in a more polite way of course.) My surgery was scheduled within two weeks! I am now post op and just got home from my nasal stent removal. I am breathing in HD!!!!
