I experienced sudden, unexplained (and complete) hearing loss in one ear with debilitating vertigo while I was visiting family in the area. After going to a local urgent care, I was referred to this office. I saw Irina Baazov, MSN, FNP-BC several times and had the most exceptional care. I wish I could give her even more stars! I was able to schedule an appointment within a couple of days and after months of trying to find answers for the issues I have been having, was helped right away! The staff is friendly, the providers are knowledgeable and they truly care about what’s going on.
