I was not informed by the front desk before my appointment that they are no longer a surgical practice. Great, already a waste of my time. I get in the exam room and it’s incredibly dirty and unorganized. In comes the doctor, and right off the bat, she’s incredibly dismissive. She didn’t listen to a single one of my concerns and basically told me nothing was wrong. At the end, instead of offering me any actual solutions to my problem, she told me to get Flonase. Really????
