No one answers the phone. Ever! You call, leave a message, someone May call you back? Awful way to get introduced to a practice. Day two, still waiting. Dr. Shroyer was fine the first time he treated me, now I have an issue and can’t talk to anyone or make an appt. Because, No One Answers The Phone.
This is the nicest audiology/ENT practice I’ve been to. I was nervous trying a new location after several years of cycling through other practices in the area where I ran into issues ranging from awful scheduling to flat out rudeness from doctors. I haven’t experienced any of that here. The front staff, ENT, and audiologists I’ve seen have always been very kind, patient and honest while recognizing and caring for individual needs. Thanks ENT LTD for all that you do!
Great doctors
The Doctor is very nice and kind. He did my daughter tubes in her ears. The ladies at the front desk are very nice. I really like the one that my daughter go to her I think her brother's wife for her family doc. I gave them a one because i been taking my daughter there for two years. I missed one appoiment because i did not receive a reminder call. they always schudele her follow up appointments at her current appointmet. follow up always 3 months in the future.
