I have taken all 3 of my children to the ENT Institute and have wonderful experiences each time. The doctors are great with children and have taken care of their problems quickly as I have had no issue with them at all. I highly recommend them.
Only in it for the money. I made an appointment explaining that I needed help for my young daughter and explained the problem she was having. They made an appointment, took my money, billed insurance, and are still looking for money from me. An assistant examined her and then told me that they do not treat children of her age and refered me to someone else.
