Recommendedstaff and doctors were great withy kids and hearing my needs for my son. easy location and plays movies for the kids while we wait. didnt wait any longer than any other place but we were cared for so thats all I ask
Left me waiting 35 minutes after appointment time cause she forgot to check her schedule.
Our appt with the audiologist was at 10 am for my 6yo and we are still waiting. When I asked what was taking so long they said the patient before her was running late so apparently they waited over 30 minutes beyond his scheduled appt time for him to get here and in the meantime pushed all other patients back without even talking to us. Ever sit in a waiting room for over an hr with a 6yo who's already nervous about another round of hearing tests!? Been here for over a fucking hour and now people who go here after us are being called back. This is bullshit. I'm about to lose my fucking mind and let everyone in this office know exactly how I feel. And it ain't gonna be pretty sweet or fucking nice at all
