Is located in a separate building from the hospital, but the google location has it in the main building. This made it difficult when transporting my client in a wheelchair in the winter. The wheelchair button for the entrance was not working properly, which made it difficult to get up the incline with a wheelchair. However, the staff and everything dealing with thr appointment itself was top notch and would give 5 stars in that regard.
Dr hollins has misdiagnosed me with my sinusitis leading to years of severe pain and suffering. I plan on filing a lawsuit against the hospital for damages and possibly against him directly but certainly against the hospital for his negligence in care. I have enough evidence to prove his negligence in my case and his misdiagnosis leading to severe pain and suffering with my sinusitis. DR Hollins was great. Seems like a true expert. didn't sugar coat anything and acknowledged my issues/concerns with expertise. He did endoscopic surgery and septoplasty on me and i couldn't be happier with the results. He gave me all the info i needed to make an informed decision and then followed through on everything he said. he's quite serious, but shouldn't an expert in their field be like that? i wouldn't hesistate to recommend him to someone. i don't understand the other negative reviews. My GP sent a referral March 2025. Finally after not hearing from this clinic I decided to follow up. I was bluntly told the waiting list is 2 - 4 years ! Seriously? They honestly think this is acceptable?
My child Had tonsillectomy and the next day the pain was so bad they couldn’t talk. We called the office to ask for something stronger as my child was prescribed the LOWEST dose of morphine for pain and we were told there is nothing else or higher to prescribe and it won’t hurt my kid to not be able to talk. We got brushed off. My kid IS an adult but is highly dependant on me and we were brushed off and felt like we were bothering the office.
