Good treatment bhut acche se doctor sir dekhte hai
This Clinic is very attentive with taking care of their patients. The day after that I got my referral, the front desk called me in the morning to schedule an appointment. Dr.Sindhar and the nurses who attended me during my visit did a fantastic job with trying to address the issue that I have.
My appointment here was such a pleasant experience! The ladies at the front desk were very friendly and welcoming and so was the nurse. Dr. Serkin was also amazing! He was kind, attentive and made me feel at ease which is saying something considering my anxiety during these types of appointments. He gave me a great referral and the appointment was speedy quick!
I don't like leaving bad reviews, but we had a rather traumatic experience today that could have been avoided with a little patience, and perhaps more pediatric experience? We came here to have an artery in our son's nose cauterized. Back in 2021, our son had the same procedure done at Bellevue ENT. Mind you, it was painful back then, but not nightmare painful like today. Imagine having the insides of your nostril burned for at least a minute and feeling all of it. Don’t bother trying to go here, you won’t get in…. I have an ear issue after a scuba adventure and was told I need a referral to get in (keep in mind my insurance doesn’t require a referral). So I went and got the referral, and even with a “STAT” priority on the referral my appointment would have been several months out. HORRIBLE PLACE, won’t ever go back and strongly suggest you go somewhere else where they care about people and not dollars.
