From the very first day I walked into ENT of Nutley, New Jersey, the staff and especially Dr. Jan Youssef have been absolutely incredible to me. On 2/9/2026 I underwent sinuplasty, sinus surgery, septoplasty, and nasal turbinate surgery, and at 55 years young, this surgery has completely changed my life. Do not recommend this place! My child has two insurances. First insurance had a copay was supposed to bill that to the secondary the made me pay. Also I was billed for the doctor but never even laid eyes on the doctor. The physician assistant came into the room. Did nothing for my child! Horrible experience! Wait time was over an hour! People that came in thirty minutes after me were seen before me!
Was given the choice of seeing a PA or a Physician when making the appointment. 9: 15 appointment, not seen until an hour later. Chose to see the physician due to past history of treatment requirements for a recurring ear infection. Had several previous surgeries to treat a cholesteatoma, which for the last ten years has required suctioning of debris from the “attic” of the ear. I recently had an endoscopic nasal surgery to remove nasal polyps that were filling my sinuses and a septoplasty for a deviated septum. Thank you Dr. Youseff for your amazing care from the first consultation, to surgery, and follow-ups. Another thank you to your staff at the front desk, they are so kind and professional.
