I am extremely disappointed with the care I received from Ashley Lafave PA. I was so excited to see an ENT to finally help my continuous crackling/popping/fullness in my ears that started at 39yrs old. It’s been going on for 2 years now. Long story short, she says I have eustacean tube dysfunction. Why now? She has no clue. She says “there are plenty of people your age and older with this.” Cool. If you want your appointment time to actually be when you are seen this likely isn't the office for you. The Dr is running behind at every appointment and it's just shrugged off as normal. If you cannot keep patients on the schedule you set the scheduling should be adjusted- not expecting patients to wait for 20-30 minutes past their appointment time.
Had neck pain due to a cyst confirmed by an ultrasound. They asked me to visit the "specialists" at this facility. A doctor came in and gently touched my neck and said "you're ok". Was on site for maybe 8 minutes and billed me $180. Still have neck pain but will not be back. It was this facility as shown up from MyChart.

The first thing they did was have me see the audiologist. Then I saw the PA. I told her the problems I was having with my hearing and balance and she didn't even acknowledge it. She said I was just getting old and was loosing my hearing. Then all she did was try to get me to make and an appointment with the hearing aid people. To be fair she did give me a prescription for nasal spray. But she seemed more interested in selling me a hearing aid then trying to resolve my ear problem and dizziness.
