I came here because I had finished a course of antibiotics for a sinus infection and am still sick with severe drainage, congestion, facial pressure, and hoarse throat. Samantha Barbeito said verbatim, “she doesn’t even see people for hoarseness until it’s been at least 6 weeks” She then used a CT I had done of my head for pressure headaches, that was done weeks prior to my sinus infection, as proof that my sinuses are clear. Will not return to this location - Poor scheduling experience, incompetent billing department, actual ENT was never seen ... I will NEVER return to this "Clinic".
I'm really surprised at the bad reviews here. I had a referral, the office called and scheduled so I would see audiologist first then Dr. Stevens. Everything was professional and smooth. The nurse was kind. Dr. Stevens really knows his field and gave me a good recommendation. I am pleased overall.
If I could give zero stars, I would. Getting an appointment took weeks, then it was rescheduled a month out. I missed that one by 15 minutes and was told the doctor wasn't even in, and they'd "tried to call" (I never got it). Rescheduled for the next week, I arrived 15 minutes early, only to find the doctor still wasn't in, and they "left another message" I never received. EDIT TO ADD: On Nov, 1st, 2024, I called patient advocacy to report the behavior of this Dr. and it is now May 24th, 2025 and still nothing has been done. I continue to get letters in the mail every month saying that “my issue is still being investigated and they anticipate it to be completed within the next 30 days.” every. single. month. There’s also an outstanding bill that this office had the audacity to bill my insurance and me for something their Dr FAILED to complete. it WON’T be paid by me and more than a phone call ... read more
