I was disappointed with the 1 hour wait time even though we arrived before the appointment time,but the doctor took the time out of his day to call and explain that they needed to get a referral from her doctor to be seen there.I was told by this office she didn't need one the reason I didn't get one before coming,but miscommunication happens so no big deal.Im rating 5 stars because they took the time to call and explain,and because my daughter's doctor is at Maude Whatley.So,5 's for the courtesy call and for anyone who ha... read more
The front desk staff was wonderful! When I got into the room I felt like I was being attacked as he started asking me Black History questions because I was wearing a sweater that said Black Men Make Me Smile. He told me that people who wear shirts like that don't know Black History and asked me 3 very basic questions and when I asked him a question he asked if I was sure and that if he told someone that and they said I was wrong he would call me.
