Quick, fast and easy! But guess what? There's a $50 service charge for missed appt. So figure this! The service is insurance paid in full! Explain the charge to me please!
I actually really like my doctor, Dr. Donnally. He's nice and competent. However, my experience with them this time has been horrible. I have sinus issues. Waited almost three months for an appointment with Dr. Donnally. Went to see him. He recommended I get a Cat scan. Did that. Promised me a call back a week later. One week passed. Then two. I have been a patient at the Spring Hill location for a couple of years now. The staff is always friendly, including the team at the front desk, Leah APNP, and most of all the dynamic allergy duo, Tammi and Danny. I highly recommend this practice!
