Prepare to be on the phone for hours to get a hold of anybody. They have good doctors but terrible office staff that bring the whole practice down. They never answer their phone, and if they do by some luck they are extremely rude. I would consider a different practice. I don’t understand why the doctors would keep front desk staff like that after so many complaints.
This office charges a “surcharge” for missed appointments but also expects you to sit on hold for 2 HOURS to cancel. I have had it with this office and will be going elsewhere for no reason other than their admin is so so bad. Every office is understaffed. We all get it. No office is as bad as this one. Get an email address or allow patients to cancel via text.
Worst administrative staff ever - not friendly, not responsive. I’ve waited on hold for a total of over an hour once and after that two 15-20 minute holds. This is not the first time. I will not continue with this practice.

After finally getting an appointment, I was finally seen by a pleasant PA. I can’t recall her name but my 1 star doesn’t reflect her. I needed a CT scan and the PA apologized and said it could take a couple weeks to be seen. She said someone will be in touch to make my appointment. Fast forward 6 weeks, no phone call… I call again and wait on hold 45 mins to speak with a rather rude person who says they ordered it and it’s out of their control.
