DO NOT GO HERE ...I WAS MISDIAGNOSED AND I HONESTLY IT WAS A HUGE SCREW UP ...I got a second opinion and I do need surgery when I was told nothing is wrong im fine ...kinda scary
Poor customer service, long long long wait to see provider as Dr for s always running behind. Poor quality of service. Dr ignores you when you are speaking and give you no eye contact as he is busy looking the computer. If trying to show pictures, Dr is not interested. Very disappointed
As I sift through reviews I’m unsure whether or not just really only express small amounts of bad experiences. I went through years of headaches, TMJ and difficulty breathing. I am not 6 MOS post op with Dr. Jerry Shrebstein who made me feel comfortable with my worries about septoplasti and turbinate reduction. My overall life has changed every single issue I had is fixed. After my first appointment in December, I would have rated this office a zero, but I am glad i waited until after having multiple follow ups so I can give an honest and accurate review. In September my primary referred me to ENTS of WNE and was finally seen December 2nd. I was extremely nervous for my appointment because in my gut I knew something was seriously wrong . Please DO NOT RISK A SURGERY WITH DR. ROBERT EPPSTEINER. Dr. Eppsteiner performed a thyroidectomy on me and “accidentally” removed and damaged my parathyroids. I’m permanently damaged for life due to his negligence and now have hypocalcemia. I suffer from paralysis, migraines, severe cramping, depression and at a high risk of heart issues. Every doctor I’ve seen since says what he did to me could have been avoided.
