Just called 7/17/20 at 2:25 pm. Whoever answered the phone was massively rude. Would hate to have them answering the phone at my business. Huffing and puffing over the phone because my card doesn’t say Aetna HMO or PPO on the front. Would never ever go here. If you like being talked to like a piece of crap on the phone then this is the place for you. Don’t waste your time.
