Dr Boateng is always friendly, informative, thoughtful and takes time to listen to patients and answer their questions.
The nurses were decent with my infant, but the doctor had no patience. The end result was exactly what I knew in the beginning: my little one could hear, but based on the testing completed they couldn't confirm both ears were able to hear. I wouldn't have agreed to the tests/torture if I knew it would result in a general statement like that and more tests if we wanted an actual confirmation.
Dr Buckman is fabulous. He listens well and has kind bedside manner. We truly appreciate his care. The office staff and medical assistants have been lovely as well.
