My daughter has had ear infections since January and we got a referral sent to this clinic in July! My pediatrician said call to get scheduled and to make sure they recvd the referral. I did just that only to be told there is a 4-8week approval waiting period! It was recvd on 7/21 and I still called to check the approval on 08/07, pleaded with them on 08/20 bc my daughter had bilateral ear infection on this date ,8/28,9/4 I was told I would be getting a call any day. I can’t get through to the clinic to even schedule. This is just stupid.

We had to wait more than six months for an appointment. Doctor is fully booked all the time. I wouldn't recomend when child is in need of care.

Dr Fordham is INCREDIBLE. His office, however, is not. They have overbooked everything to the point where over the last year, my child has had ONE follow up from his surgery and they’re “booked months out in advance” and have cancelled every single one of our appointments since December 2022. Then, our prior authorization expired in May and they just told me this week. Their workload is more than what they can handle. While I recommend Dr Fordham, I do not recommend this office.
