My wife went to this clinic because she had tinnitus. She only went to 1 appointment with a test. They charge us the 120 per the insurance. Then, after a year, they sent a notification we owed them 149. They just created the bill since their collection agency does not have the account. Be careful with them since you can still be charge after a year, I guess after an audit.Furthermore, I do not recommend the practice, it has a really bad customer service and all of their equipment is old.
This office is horrible. Staff is very unprofessional. I had a lab done at the end of June and the staff still has yet to call me with the results. I found the lab and retrieved my own results. Billing staff is very rude and has a do not want to be bothered demeaner. Remarks were we went over this in great detail before. Love the staff!
Warning: this office is only open four days per month at their Charlotte office. You really cannot provide quality care when patients have so little access to a physician. Problem 1: I made an appointment with Dr. Williams, and was seen by a different provide when I showed up. Problem 2: I made an appointment to see if a balloon treatment would help with sinus issues, and was pushed to have several scopes and allergy testing (I had previously been tested for allergies).
