Dr. Andrea Williams is an excellent doctor. As soon as I walked into her office I knew I was in the right place after seeing about 5 different doctors/specialists. She actually listens and cares what you have to say. In addition, I also want to pay compliment to her staff. I guess her kindness is contagious ;). Truly, I would recommend her is you have any ear, nose, throat problem. Or unexplained vertigo...like me! Best Otolaryngologist in Charlotte and surrounding areas! Stay well friends.
