John Gavin is extremely rude and cruel DO NOT GO HERE!!!
This place is atrocious. Never explained anything before they did it, assumed I knew how their tests were conducted. Literally came at my face with equipment with zero explanation of what they were doing and seemed irritated when I questioned them. Shoved a scope up my nose claiming it was barely bigger than spaghetti...I beg to differ. After experiencing extreme pain I told her to take it out, she kept pushing it further until I raised my voice. They checked me in quickly. Everyone was super friendly. Suarez was amazing. Dr. Galati was amazing and answered all my questions. Everything about this experience was perfect.
My nurse was quite sweet but this place is super unprofessional. They were over an hour late for my appointment. If you are younger with hearing loss don’t go here. They won’t take you seriously at all.
