This Dr's methods and standard of care are so troubling, I questioned whether he was properly trained, licensed or possibly both. Most, if not all otolaryngologists will utilize an endoscope to assess the existence or severity of sinus issues that can and often do detect and/or rule out potentially serious and sometimes life threatening problems. ⭐☆☆☆☆ I had a very disappointing experience with Dr. Rodolfo Diaz at Ear, Nose and Throat Specialists P.C. I came in with significant pain and sensitivity in my left ear, which I clearly explained during the intake process. Despite this, Dr. Diaz entered the room loudly singing and in high spirits, which may seem cheerful to some—but for someone in serious ear pain and noise sensitivity, it was incredibly painful. Please do not bring your children here. Dr. Diaz walked in the room yelling at my child to not touch anything, dismissed every concern I brought up. During examination of my child was extremely rough and lacking any bedside manner. He then prescribed him drops for his ears because of build up earwax. No infection or any kind of fluid. These drops turned out to have a ton of antibiotics and steroids in them, which seems very unnecessary. I will never walk foot back into this office.
