efficient staff excellent doctor.
Had the best experience. I was a new patient at the Glebe Road location Front office was awesome. Wait time was minimal. Quick qnd efficient. The ENT doctor was great as well. He listened and I felt heard. I definitely found my doctor.
Dr. Michelle Roser, MD was wonderful at my recent appointment as she always is. She combines extraordinary skill and medical know-how with great gentleness. Dr. Roser has been treating me for many years. She also took excellent care of my late wife, who was a violinist and needed to make sure her hearing was always the best it could be. I hope Dr. Roser will take care of me for many years to come!
Careing, Attentive, Empathetic, Professional. Getting old and loosing hearing sucks, but the doctors at ENT made me feel at ease about using aids to hear. I no longer say "what" or " excuse me" when speaking with others.
I was miserable with a multi-week cold. My primary Dr kept telling me since I didn’t have an infection I just had to wait it out - after 6 weeks of “waiting it out”!)a cold can last a long time, etc. But my sinuses were so inflamed I could barely breath. Dr O’Reilly did a thorough exam of e,n,and t and explained why these symptoms weren’t improving. She gave me different medication for the chronic inflammation loop I was in. Within 3 days I finally felt the symptoms resolving.
