Check-in process is painless & minimal wait time every time. Appreciate the extra effort the PA assistant made to call another Dr. For one of my reports in order for Dr. O'Reily to review it during my appointment. Dr. O'Reilly is always pleasant mannered, listens intently & provides feedback. I appreciate her approach to recommend natural remedies for acid reflux and re-enterating the recommended usage after each meal and before bed as I've tried it again for the first time with positive results.
This review is for Dr. Clark in the Arlington office. Dr. Clark is amazing - she has great bedside manner and is very accessible via email, phone, and through Phonak Support. As a lifelong hearing aid user, I ask a ton of questions and can be very particular with how I want my hearing aids programmed.
