Another amazing experience! I called to make an appointment for myself, after having sudden onset symptoms. My son had been to this practice before and had an amazing experience. I was immediately reassured I was going to be fine, and the course of treatment was easily followed. Kara at the reception was phenomenal in accommodating my schedule and helping me get an appointment. Wonderful!!! Highly recommend!!
They wore very nice and I exoain some thing about my ear buzzing and put me in the room and check both of my ears and clean them and next room was for testing with earphone and a hand button what I hear in side the booth and the doctor say to me you have a little hearing loss which is not that bad and my next appoinrment 2-18- wednesday at 1015. Am. With Craig s..hachi m.d. and know I know where the place is at also.
Their website says… “Don’t wait weeks, get seen today”… if they have to live up to their advertising, they’ve failed… #1. I called and got an answering machine and had to leave a message… #2. they called me later in the day and left a message saying call back tomorrow. #3. I called first thing in morning and my call was directed to an answering service that said I’m not sure why they aren’t answering because the office is open. #4. Dr Hecht and his staff were all very nice and professional .
Don’t go here your Dr will send you here and not tell you your insurance doesn’t cover it neither will the front desk ladies !!!!! Just scamming ppl for one minute visits these drs do not care go to the er instead .
