He met with me for a few minutes and pretty much dismissed my issue. Did not get a warm or inviting vibe at all. Did not ever go back and won’t.
Dr Hiebert and Team took amazing care of my family, our child was a snorer and had difficulty sleeping. They were kind and thorough and as a result of their care we now have a happy, sleeping and thriving child. We are so grateful to find ENT Northwest
The doctor didn't listen and is only looking for people who are on the fringe of death wont listen and try to solve health concerns before they are a major issue. The man just wants to perform surgery all day rather then save lifes
I wish I could give this place more credit. Front staff was great when spoken to. Randy, the audiologist, was super kind and walked me through, he spoke with compassion. They get 5 plus stars, My next appointment right after was with Dr. Hiebert. I waited over 30 mins to see him, I finally got taken back again to a different room, when he came into the room, at first seemed kind. Dr. Hiebert removed a cyst from my ear with excellent care and precision. Hardly had any discomfort. Staff and clinic were personable and professional. Highly recommend.
