I wish I could give this place more credit. Front staff was great when spoken to. Randy, the audiologist, was super kind and walked me through, he spoke with compassion. They get 5 plus stars, My next appointment right after was with Dr. Hiebert. I waited over 30 mins to see him, I finally got taken back again to a different room, when he came into the room, at first seemed kind. Dr. Hiebert removed a cyst from my ear with excellent care and precision. Hardly had any discomfort. Staff and clinic were personable and professional. Highly recommend.
I would not recommend ENT Northwest. Dr. Hiebert made me feel very uncomfortable and unheard. I felt like I was a burden and not important. Their communication is terrible. I will never go back to this facility for services.
We were lucky to find Dr. Hiebert and team. Our two year old son had a fantastic experience and result. Every aspect of our care was exceptional. We were appointed quickly for the exam, surgery was booked within a month and communication was clear and efficient. The Salem area is lucky to have a great ENT like Dr. Hiebert. Our family can’t more highly recommend.
