Dr. Hood is amazing. He is a great doctor and treated our son with the utmost care. The office staff is the worst experience I’ve ever seen at a doctors office. We had to call them to schedule our appointment two weeks after they said they were going to. When we called, which was 20min before closing, my wife was on hold for 10min then someone answered and rudely said, “We’re closed!”, to which the lady hung up. What a great experience going to this office today. I really liked Dr. Horn. He is very kind & personable. & smart. BUT,, it all started with an awesome lady at the front desk named FELICIA! She was so kind, personable, smart & had a wonderful personality. It’s too bad EVERY Doctors office didn’t have a Felicia. It would make for better visits. Thank you Felicia.
My 2 yr. Old grand-baby had a 2:15 appointment with Dr. David Dorofi. He refused to see her when she arrived at 2:18. Registration was rude & stated there’s nothing they can do about it. Over heard a worker stated “he did it again”! Apparently Dr. David Dorofi marks his patients as a “no show” if they’re not marked arrived as soon as the clock strikes. Shame, Shame on you Dr. David Dorofi. Shame! Shame on you!
Unless your problem is glaringly obvious or "sexy", don't bother. I saw the doctor for MAYBE 30 seconds about an ear issue before getting the bum's rush out the door with the "diagnosis" that allergies were the problem. Update: It ain't the allergies.
I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy.
