Save yourself the time and trouble and go elsewhere. Dr. Dorofi clearly doesn’t have an interest in helping his patients. He was in the room for less than 5 minutes and decided that he wouldn’t help me. He was very rushed, as was his staff. Never again.
I want to preface this review by saying Dr. Dorofi and his assistants/nurses were absolutely wonderful, kind, and timely. Great service and informative. However, the front office staff is an entire different story. I was met with the rudest customer service I’ve ever experienced, not once but multiple times. As someone in the healthcare field and reception myself - the front desk staff is unacceptable and will deter patients from seeing great physicians.
Terrible service. I went there due to hearing loss issues and instead of doing any checks or tests, they told me it was "probably due to my weight. I should try diet and exercise" and "it may subside when you lose about 30 pounds." The kicker is that am not even overweight due to bmi or body weight standards, which would have been apparent if they did any tests. Absolutely terrible treatment and I want my copay refunded. NEVER COME HERE. FIND ANOTHER PLACE.
I am very pleased to be a patient of Dr. Kalafsky‘s at Ear Nose and Throat Limited. His level of professionalism and expertise is admirable. He is a very personable and compassionate doctor. My father had Alzheimer’s, and he was so very kind to him ; because of that, I switched doctors and became his patient. The administrative staff are all very kind and personable . So far, it was a peaceful and smooth appointment. Greeted with nice front desk lady and Dr. Hood was attentive and polite. It was not stressful like CHKD where no one knows where your documents or referrals are.
