Failed attempt at schedueling / seeing a specialist. Whoever the male "new patient coordinator" is plays games with not returning peoples' phone calls. It's people like you who perpetuate & strengthen the sad reality of how difficult it is to find reputable & competent help. You're not very good at your job. If anyone is considering this place do yourself a favor and keep looking, there are people out there who really care just not here.
Doctors are very nice, but these people don't answer the phone!
Extremely expensive visit just to be told everything seems fine and sinus issues are normal even though I was explaining my concerns. I am now no better off than prior but with hundreds of dollars due. My follow up visit was also cancelled with no communication letting me know.
Outstanding, every doctor is professional, skilled and efficient. I'm so lucky to be a patient of such a wonderful practice. Dr. Tessema is my personal ENT, but in an emergency they all step up. Smooth transition. Office staff is also really helpful.
