I had a really great experience with both the receptionist and the doctors assistant, and the doctor and the 1800 WEST Woolbright Rd Suite 201 location. Everyone was so nice & understanding, helping ease my anxiety with the appointment. The doctor recommended a specialist when I didn't know where to turn. I feel so relieved I went & recommend to others with ear nose & throat issues. Looking forward to my next visit and hopefully some improvements as well.

This woman Aisha is a liar and likes to deceive patients. Before making an appointment I had a balance and she told me that I could pay some of the balance and then make the appointment. I gave her the card information and she put me on hold for for a long time and then she tells me that I have to pay the full balance before making the appointment, of course I got angry and asked to speak to another person because it is obvious that she does not know how to do her job and what she did instead of communicating she hung up . Absolute worst in every way. Terrible service. Visit did nothing to help the condition I presented with. They sent me a bill I never received and was extremely difficult in the process of paying it later. 0 stars are deserved here. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! You'll regret it.
