Was told that we couldn't see someone for 5 days because our referral did not come specifically from the Tualatin ER. It did not matter that we our Zoomcare physician said we should see someone within the next 3 days for a punctured eardrum, currently bleeding. I just thought this was really poor service considering there is more than one ENT at this location, and that my husband was in pain. Was told that it would take 5 days to see someone because we were not referred specifically from Tualatin ER. It did not matter that our Zoomcare physician wanted him to see someone within the next 3 days for a punctured eardrum that was still bleeding... I think that is terrible service, especially since there is more than one ENT at this location.
I have been seeing Gail Sunsdstum for 4+ years. She is amazing at what she does and every time I go there I feel as if I am visiting a dear friend.
