It amazes me how a practice that specializes in providing services to improve the quality of life of profoundly hearing impaired has no means to communicate in writing with its patients. All appointments must be made over the phone. Really?? How condescending to be forced to have someone else take care of my business for me, with me standing by like a deaf/mute. Disgusting.

Bad bad place when I first went there and my appointment was 1:00 on time and then get everything ready and waited and go in the room and waited for 4 hours was not even seen and then the assistant ask why I was here I was like what the hell I said you should have all my Record and they did not know what the hell they were doing and then the doctor came in about 3: 00 and I said I wanted magnet implant and he said it would look ugly and that pissed me off and then the assistant called me and said that I have changed doctor a... read more

My son has had lots if ear prob., only to find out he'd have to have ear surgery again, Dr. Perry is wonderful, since his ear surgery last year we have had no problems if I'd would of know going to just a ear doctors was better than and ENT I would of done this the first time!! Thanks
