I have had my hearing aids for two years. I am very pleased with them and they have made my life and work so much better now that I can hear. My experience with Ear Level Communications has been wonderful and Brad has always been available when I need anything concerning my hearing devices. I've been going to appointments at Ear Level with my husband, Roger. I just became a client, too. Brad explains words relating to the ear; he has even drawn pictures further explaining what is happening in the ear as well as drawing pictures of anything else we ask him to describe. WHAT A GUY !!!!! We have referred him to our friends, and hopefully they will also become Brad's clients.
